We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the peaceful and calming ambience of the resort. the rooms were comfortable with cozy furnishings. We appreciated the stunning views of the mountains and the nearby river. the staff was attentive and helpful, providing us with useful information about the local area and offering delicious food at mealtimes.
The resort lacked cleanliness; floors were unclean and dust could be seen on furniture.

Magnificent views from the hotel. Cozy wooden log huts with heater and hot water facilities.- Very cooperative and generous staff.- Delicious food available through room service, restaurant, or open restaurant near the pool
Rodent issue in some rooms, which was not properly addressed by management. Casual attitude of management towards guest complaints

Nestled on the river bank whose level keeps on fluctuating depending on weather, this resort offers a breathtaking view. the rooms are superb and clean, providing guests a cozy and comfortable stay. the friendly staff go above and beyond to assist and ensure a pleasant experience. the variety of delicious cuisine, including an opportunity to have breakfast near the pool, lunch at the restaurant, and dinner by the flowing water, is a delightful highlight.
There seems to be an oversight and casual attitude from the management, compromising the overall quality of the resort.
